How does PhilanTrack™ save me time? Nonprofits spend less time on reporting by reusing data for reports to multiple funders using PhilanTrack for Nonprofits. If my funder isn’t using PhilanTrack, can I still use PhilanTrack to generate progress reports? Yes. As long as you know what information your funder requires in progress reports, you can generate progress reports using PhilanTrack and submit them as PDFs or Word documents. Can I save a copy of a report to my computer? Yes, you can save a copy of a progress report to your computer for future reference or to submit offline. How are progress reports submitted? When a foundation requests a progress report with PhilanTrack, you can complete the report online, then submit it when it is due. If I’ve only partially completed a report, can my funder see the draft responses? No, your funder can only see your responses once you have submitted a report. Does PhilanTrack remind me when a report is due? Yes, PhilanTrack includes a calendar, and sends a reminder two weeks before a report is due. Can other organizations see the information I enter? No. Only you can see the information you enter. When you submit a progress report or a proposal, the funder can see the information in the progress report or proposal. |
